Defibrillators are a welcome addition to schools

...A Minot family had a hand in helping the bill become reality by putting a face on the legislation.Bob and Carla Crockett testified in favor of the bill during the Legislature, and Bob spoke at the signing ceremony this week in Bismarck.

Their son, Andrew Crockett, died two years ago at the age of 15 of a heart arrhythmia while at track practice at Bishop Ryan High School in Minot.
